BACKGROUND
ESA was founded in 2021 to help the US DoD support the F-35 Program and armed services to meet the increasing F-35 pilot training demand.

ESA provides a new, disruptive (in a good way!) service to services that are experiencing real pain with pilot retention and pilot production. Recognizing that the global pilot shortage would have harmful effects on organizations that need skilled instructors, ESA was formed to provide a way to retain uniquely skilled and trained talent in your pilot cadre - buffering against attrition and personnel turnover. ESA will help you meet your mission.
